Become a Field Service Technician I at BearCom, dedicated to the installation and support of wireless communication systems. Demonstrate your technical expertise and commitment to excellent customer service in a hands-on role.
In this essential position, you'll support BearCom's mission of delivering top-notch service. Candidates must have over 3 years of experience with two-way radio equipment and a solid technical background in troubleshooting and programming. Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Develop programming codeplugs under 12 channels
ā¢ Execute installations of radios and antennas
ā¢ Diagnose and rectify issues in wireless equipment
ā¢ Participate in necessary travel and on-call hours
ā¢ Address diverse customer requirements effectively
