Job Description
We’re excited to bring on a Field Services Technician to support a large-scale laptop and desktop refresh project! This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while working directly with end users and enterprise technology.
What You’ll Do
+ Perform laptop and desktop installations, configurations, and refreshes
+ Provide on-site technical support, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations
+ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues quickly and effectively
+ Track and maintain inventory and service requests
+ Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical challenges
+ Follow established processes and best practices
