Job Description
On behalf of one of our client, a leading company in the professional oven industry known for innovation and high-quality solutions, we are seeking a Field Service Technician to serve the assigned area.
In this role, you will be responsible for on-site installations, maintenance, and technical support, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction across your assigned area.
Main activities
- On-site installations, maintenance, and technical support at restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, etc.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Troubleshooting on possible issues arising from the use of the products
- Daily management of the visit schedule through a company app (managed from the HQ in Italy)
Hard skills
- Reading and interpreting electrical schemas and technical drawings
- PLC basic knowledge and diagnostics
