Job Description
We are seeking a Field Service Technician - Leading Hand to join our Mackay-based team. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who enjoys a mix of hands-on mechanical work, onsite leadership and customer engagement.You’ll be responsible for supervising field service activities, supporting technicians, and ensuring safe, high-quality service delivery across a variety of customer sites. Reporting to the Field Service Manager - East, you will play a key role in supporting our customers, coordinating service work and ensuring a seamless onsite experience. What you’ll do.. Act as the main onsite technical contact for customers and technicians
Coordinate job planning, scheduling and resource allocation
