Job Description
This incumbent will be an active member of the Sales Support Team in Busch Vacuum Singapore Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary under Busch Holding GmbH.As a Field Service Technician, it is important for this individual to be a TEAM player to support the delivery of high-quality vacuum system solutions.
Responsibilities:
. Responsible for the installation, commissioning, repairing and maintenance job of Company's products and components at customers' sites. . Maintain work quality by providing efficient service and technical support to customers.
. Liaise with customers and internal team relating to technical and service issues.
. Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of service reports and other records. Support sales to get service orders, Identify sales opportunities within our install base.
