As a Field Service Technician, you'll bring your heavy-duty expertise directly to customers, performing repairs and maintenance on-site for their machinery. Your role hinges on building strong relationships while maintaining service excellence. You will conduct diagnostics, repair tasks, and coordinate communication between customers and supervisors for clear service execution.
