Job Description
Become a Field Service Technician with IPG, focusing on hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for Better Packages equipment at client sites. Ensure optimal uptime while delivering exceptional technical service across the field.
As a key member of the Field Service department, this role requires both mechanical and electrical expertise to support customer production needs. You will develop an expert knowledge of products, oversee preventive maintenance programs, and ensure equipment reliability. Working independently, you will communicate effectively with clients and assist in training their maintenance teams as needed.
