Join our team as a Field Service Representative, where you’ll play a critical role in delivering reliable water and wastewater services to our community. This position is hands-on and customer-focused, ensuring service activation, shut-offs, meter installations, and resolving service concerns. You’ll report to theOperations Manager and work closely with customers and internal teams to maintain operational excellence and safety standards.

What you’d be responsible for

  • Investigate customer concerns such as high meter readings, leaks, water quality issue and pressure fluctuations
  • Diagnose problems and take appropriate corrective actions
  • Assist customers in locating water leaks and provide guidance on solutions
  • Inspect water meter connections for leaks and perform repairs as needed
