Role Summary:
As a Field Service Rep, you are responsible for coordinating with customers in field issues, warranty complaints and resolutions. You will carry out and support site commissioning, service and repair jobs at customer sites.
Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience in carrying out service, trouble shooting, repairs, commissioning of equipment in oil & gas sectors, refineries, power plants, watermarkets is required. Extensive traveling throughout the year is essential. Candidates should be energetic, proactive and highly customer centric. Proficiencyover different languages will be added advantage.
