Field Service Manager
Looking for a hands-on leadership role where you can develop technicians, lead training initiatives, and make a national impact? Trak group is seeking a Field Service Manager to support and grow a network of field technicians while driving technical excellence across mechanical and electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and develop field service technicians across a national network
- Design and deliver technical training programs, including hands-on sessions
- Provide real-time troubleshooting support and guidance to technicians
- Partner with internal teams to support product knowledge, quality, and field performance
