Job description

We are looking for a highly self-motivated and results-driven Engineer to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical service support to customers. Because you will be working independently, your ability to stay focused, manage your time effectively, and take ownership of your work is critical to your success.

Main Tasks

  • Repair and maintain customer equipment effectively and efficiently.

  • Carry out pre installations and installations.

  • Provide remote call pre-qualification and attempt remote fix wherever possible.

  • Document and report technical issues where necessary; Ensure logging & closure of calls.

  • Support the customer in the field mainly in UK/IE, occasionally in Europe.
