Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute on‑site troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance for semiconductor etch, clean, and deposition equipment to ensure reliable system performance.
- Support installation, relocation, and commissioning of equipment, including start‑up, calibration, and system qualification at customer facilities.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions while maintaining strong engagement with customers to ensure high service quality and satisfaction.
- Comply with fab safety, cleanroom protocols, and shift schedules, including standby duties, while maintaining accurate service documentation and reporting.
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment, maintenance, or field service support .
