**What you’ll do:**
As a Field Service Engineer, you will deliver first-class service to Eaton’s installed base and ensure maximum customer satisfaction. The primary focus of the role is on UPS systems, covering everything from small single-phase units to large-scale data centre solutions (up to 1200 kVA).
**Your key responsibilities will include:**
+ Commissioning, servicing, repairing, and maintaining Eaton UPS systems
+ Performing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
+ Supporting customers with technical queries via phone, email, and on-site visits
