Job Description
ZEISS Group is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site support for SMS/RMS products across Singapore and the SEA region. You will install, commission, train users, and collaborate with Sales and PASS teams to meet customer needs.
You will diagnose issues, perform regular maintenance, support demonstrations, and contribute to service contracts and aftermarket revenue while upholding ZEISS standards and customer satisfaction. Travel and weekend standby may be required.
