Overview

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our fast‑growing Singapore team and support our expanding business across the region.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive technical support to sales teams, contractors, and end‑users, ensuring that Lutron lighting control systems are installed, commissioned, maintained, and optimized in accordance with Lutron’s global standards.

You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality field service, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and supporting customers throughout the system lifecycle to ensure reliable performance and an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities

Commission, maintain and service Lutron lighting control systems

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and rectify system issues at customer job sites

Ensure installations follow Lutron standards and specs

File complete, accurate site service records
