Job Description
Make an impact. Step into an important role at Swisslog as a Field Service Engineer. In this position, your technical skills and customer focus will help ensure the performance and reliability of advanced automated material handling systems at a customer site. This position is at a fixed customer site located in Våler, where you and a colleague will be fully responsible for the customer with support from your leader and extended team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer system operation is always kept to the maximum, ensuring adherence to all relevant instructions and technical standards.
- Act as Swisslog’s public face, maintaining strong customer relationships and planning service activities with the customer to ensure high satisfaction and system uptime.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and upgrades and communicate these to relevant stakeholders within Swisslog.
