Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Provide site service to installed based customers. Provide Lifecycle Service to Local customers. Perform MRO & Warranty Service to customers. Implement Upgrade/Migration Ovation system. Provide 24-hour standby service to Korea contract customers. Support installed based service infrastructure building in Korea. Disseminate safety notices and important KBA to local service organization. Provide repair quotation support to local Reps/Sub. Work with customer to achieve 100% registration for Ovation system. Manage product recall/replacement. Reports progress and technical problems to Service Manager. Co-work closely with project teams. Pro-actively identify potential quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work. Who You Are:Ensures accountability: Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.
