Field Service Engineer, Lat Am
Reports to: Service Manager, Lat Am
Location: Home based in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Responsibilities Perform on-site product installations, upgrades and ongoing service support and maintenance in assigned territory. Manage service call scheduling, parts inventory and administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision. Manage customer relationships, maintain written documentation of service activities, and effectively interact and communicate with internal technical support personnel, manufacturing, and sales. Demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills. Adaptable, agile, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Associate degree in electronic, computer, mechanical or biomedical engineering with applicable work experience required; bachelor's degree considered an asset.
