Summary: Field Service Engineer responsible for delivering maintenance and technical support for reverse vending machines (RVMs) across the Euregio and Eastern Netherlands. Focused on ensuring high service quality, coordinating with subcontractors, supporting customers, and contributing to continuous operational improvements.
Responsibilities
Take overall responsibility for Envipco's service delivery in your region. Manage priorities and workload, set objectives, and conduct performance evaluations.
Ensure the maintenance of reverse vending machines (RVMs) and work closely with subcontractors to guarantee compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Manage day-to-day operational activities in accordance with agreed service commitments.
