As a Field Service Engineer, you will be a vital part of our Finnish service organization for Hospital Patient Monitoring. Your main focus will be on supporting our customers monitoring systems, primarily in the northern part, but also other areas in Finland.
Your role:
Execute service activities such as preventative maintenance, emergency service, faultfinding, upgrades, installations, and modifications in accordance with Philips’ quality standard policies while maintaining a holistic view of systems and their functional environment from both technical and user perspectives
Ensure completeness and accuracy of service records with a focus on test & verification results and adhere to good documentation practices, submitting service data, field problem reports, and other administrative tasks promptly
