Job Description Field Service Engineer: As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing onsite and remote technical support to customers, ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of Philips equipment. Your role: Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, upgrades, repairs, and installations on Philips equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established diagnostic tools and procedures. Respond to customer escalations and technical concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Maintain accurate and complete service documentation through ServiceMax and other Philips systems. Submit service reports, worksheets, expense reports, and administrative documentation accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with Philips quality processes, safety standards, and training requirements.
