Job Description
Serac Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Blower Engineer – Technical Support to install, commission and service blowing equipment at customer sites across APAC, with occasional worldwide support.
You will diagnose machine issues, lead post-contract renewals, coordinate with spare parts, and report progress to the Technical Manager. The role requires travel, office presence in Kuala Lumpur, and strong English communication.
