Supports Field Service Team in achieving exceptional Customer Support. Works as second person on two-man jobs. Prepares equipment and materials for scheduled calls. Helps maintain, move and service rental fleet of generators. Equipment maintenance, parts pick up and general shop organization.
What You’ll Do – The Role (Responsibilities)
- Assist technicians at sites, when required, e.g. deliver parts to site, helping with load bank tests, equipment set up and repairs such as radiator replacements and coolant changes.
- Upon checking with CSS’s, set up trailers with appropriate Load Bank(s), cable lengths and size. Fill oi...
