Opportunity: Regional Field Sales Manager – Catalonia
Your Role: 100% Field Sales & Prospecting. This is a pure field sales job. Your main mission is to open new accounts and build a client base from scratch in your region.
Job Responsibilities
- Active Prospecting: Spend most of your time on the road, visiting healthcare and sports facilities.
- Direct Sales: Find new leads, do on‑site product demonstrations, and close deals.
- Territory Management: Organize your own travel schedule to cover the region effectively.
Your Profile
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in B2B field sales.
- Mindset: You are a true hunter. You love prospecting, meeting clients face-to-face, and closing sales.
- Location: You live in or near Barcelona.
- Autonomy: You can work independently and are comfortable traveling daily across your region.
