Job Description
Citi is seeking a Field Sales Team Lead in Colima, Mexico. This entry-level position is responsible for providing leadership to a team to deliver a full range of sales support activities in collaboration with the Consumer Sales team. Your key objective will be to ensure quality delivery of services to Citi clients and assist the team in meeting sales objectives.
You will conduct performance evaluations, improve existing accounts, and identify client needs to recommend appropriate products. A bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in financial sales are required.
