Job Description
Key Responsibilities Visit assigned customers and prospects on a daily basis. Generate new leads through field activities and referrals. Present products/services and explain their benefits. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Negotiate and close sales effectively. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities. Prepare daily visit reports and update CRM records. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service. Candidate Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Positive attitude with a sales-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Basic smartphone and MS Office knowledge. Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
