Job Description

Order Booking: Take orders, push new SKUs, and ensure target achievement for the month/quarter. · Secondary Sales: Focus on selling to retailers. Sometimes also support primary sales to distributors. · New Outlet Acquisition: Find and onboard new retailers in the territory. · Stock Availability: Ensure all SKUs are available on the shelf. Check stock at retailer distributor level. · Merchandising: Ensure proper shelf placement, visibility, glow signs, danglers, standees. · Stock Rotation: Check expiry dates. Follow FIFO - First In First Out. Avoid dead stock/returns. · Competitor Tracking: Note competitor schemes, new launches, pricing, and shelf share. · Daily Reporting: Submit DSR - Daily Sales Report with orders, collections, schemes, market feedback to Sales Manager or Operations Manager. · Scheme Implementation: Explain company schemes to retailers and ensure they are executed properly. · Collection: In some companies, collect payments/dues from retailers and maintain credit contr...
