Job Description
What you’ll do
- Conduct field sales activities within your assigned territory to identify, approach, and onboard small and medium‑size enterprise (SME) merchants.
- Promote and sell the company’s payment solutions (e.g., QR payments, e‑wallets, POS terminals) to target businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME merchants to drive satisfaction, transaction growth, and long‑term retention.
- Handle the end‑to‑end merchant onboarding process, coordinating with Product, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure smooth activation.
- Negotiate merchant discount rates (MDRs) and commercial terms in line with company policies and objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant concerns, inquiries, and after‑sales support.
- Monitor merchant performance and transaction activity, identifying opportunities for cross‑selling, upselling, and reactivation.
