Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Team Leader. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with experience in house‑to‑house selling, particularly in the telecommunications sector. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to promote and sell Converge Fiber Optic services to residential customers.

Position : Sales Team Leader – Converge Fiber Optic (SURF2SAWA)

Available locations : Camanava and QC

Qualifications

• At least High School graduate
• Preferably with experience in Sales especially in house-to-house selling, preferably in the telecommunications industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
