Job Description

Techmation Electric & Controls is looking for a Field Operator for a project located in northern BC. Individuals must be knowledgeable about current OH&S legislation, and conversant with the industry standards and practices of today’s safety-focused Oil & Gas sector.

This opportunity offers camp work north of Fort St John, BC. The current projects offers a 15/13 shift.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of field facilities gas operations experience
  • Oil & Gas industry experience is required
  • Prior Compression, Dehy, Scada experienced is required
  • Must have current Standard First Aid (Level A or C with CPR/AED), Energy Safety Canada H2S Alive and CSO certificates
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work within a team environment are required
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work alone and complete routine tasks
