We Clean Commercial Cleaning is a growing South Florida commercial cleaning company serving K-12 schools, municipal contracts, and 30+ commercial accounts. We are looking for an experienced Field Operations Supervisor to oversee multi-site operations, support our existing supervisors, and ensure consistent service quality across our portfolio.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Supervise daily cleaning operations across 20+ commercial accounts and a multi-site municipal contract (16 buildings)
- Conduct quality assurance inspections at client sites and document findings with photos
- Provide operational support and coverage to the Boca Prep and North Broward Prep account supervisors during emergencies, vacations, and peak pe...
