Position Overview:

The Field Operations intern will directly support the Head of Operations in three key areas: deploying new HUBs, managing SUP stations in the field and in Lausanne, and overseeing external maintenance partners.

Duration : 3 to 6 months

Start date : ASAP

Tasks
1. Deployment & Mapping:

  • Digital Mapping identify potential parks, sports areas, and public spaces using Equip Scout
  • Location Analysis assess each site for visibility, accessibility, and community activity
  • Mapping Validation collaborate with the Sales team to build the Physical Mapping Deck and secure city approvals
  • Field Pinning place location pins on-site and follow up on approval workflows

  • Equipment management replace or repair defective parts; swap batteries and log replacements in the internal system
