Become a vital part of SGS as a Field Operations Alternate Foreman. Oversee crew work, manage operations, and ensure compliance with safety standards in a dynamic environment.
In this leadership role, you will assist the Foreman with daily operations, supervise field crews, and act as a main contact for client interactions. Your expertise will guide the job planning and hazard assessments. You will play a crucial role in maintaining operational integrity and ensuring safe work practices across the project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day field operations and team responsibilities
• Conduct Behavior-Based Safety observations and provide feedback
• Act as liaison between operations and staff on activities
• Implement QA/QC measures for project deliverables
• Assist with development of project quotes and work plans
