Position Overview Field Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for managing companys field operations after business hours. They will ensure Paladins contractual obligations are met through appropriate deployment of security officers in coordination with Paladin 24/7 Operations Center and Mobile Division. Team building, supporting, mentoring and supervising our security Officers in both our Mobile Division and in the field are essential functions of the job. The Field Manager ensures the highest levels of customer service and safety are continually maintained and exceeded by our officers.
