Salary/Hourly Rate:$25.00
This position will provide direct field supervision for individuals experiencing disability, justice involvement, poverty, and/or homelessness enrolled in our employment programs. The Field Lead position will oversee all job site activities and ensure that participant workers are trained appropriately for their site (i.e.. personal safety, use of equipment, body mechanics, PPE, reporting of accidents/injuries,
etc.). This position ensures that the logistics of the sites are managed (transportation, food, equipment) and keeps in close contact with the Supervisory Field Lead & Director of DayWorks, Case Managers and Employment Specialists for coordination.
