POSITION SUMMARY
Field Implementation Manager – Leads a team of six Field Coordinators and supervises two STRIDES staff members who are seconded to the Department of Health. Coordinates with Technical Leads, Project Operations Manager, Finance Team, and consortium partners to ensure effective and timely delivery of STRIDES objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop the annual work plan and budget with monthly breakdowns, aligning with STRIDES goals and coordinating with consortium partners, DOH, DA, and local stakeholders.
