The Field Operations HR Manager is responsible for delivering HR functions and actions aligning with business objectives at large construction project field locations. This role will work as the manager of the on-site field HR team, delivering human resource-related support for the Project team, as well as acting as an employee champion, and change agent. The HR Manager is crucial in executing and improving the “Field HR” delivery model, used throughout the entire Kiewit organization.
