*Role:* On-ground political campaigning, voter feedback collection, and local issue reporting to core team. *Who can apply:* - Freshers welcome. Background in Journalism, Arts, History, Political Science, Sociology or related fields preferred - Experience in student politics, NGOs, campaigns = point - Strong Hindi UP/Bihar dialects. Comfortable with extensive field travel *Requirements:* Basic smartphone, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets for reporting *Salary:* ₹10,000 - ₹15,000/month *Location:* Lucknow & UP constituencies.
