The Field Engineers Supervisor will be managing a team of FE’s working at our clients’ sites around the Reno NV area.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
Resource Allocation: Partner with Project and Branch Operations Managers to assign personnel (Field Engineers, Programmers, Graphics Developers) to projects based on workload and technical requirements.Budget & Quality Oversight: Monitor project budgets for negotiated work, ensuring Field Commissioning Engineers (FCEs) maintain high quality-control standards.Scheduling: Coordinate with electrical subcontractors and other trades to ensure project milestones are met.Workflow Optimization: Utilize Cora PPM to manage task assignments, generate reports, and track daily logs/timesheets for the field team.Leadership & Personnel Development
