Job Description

Description

  • Installation and commissioning of QuidelOrtho instruments
  • Ensure proper response and resolution for the customer service complaints
  • Schedule and implement Preventive Maintenance for the assigned instruments .
  • Install the software and hardware modification within timeline
  • Adherence to Service policies- Follow the QuidelOrtho & ISO 13485 recommended documentation process for all service activities
  • Collection of AMC/CMC from the customers for the sold instrument which are not in contract.

    • Qualification & Experience 

  • BTech/BE/Diploma in Electronics & Communication /Electrical& Electronics /Biomedical Engineering
  • 5 to 8 years of experience working in IVD or Medical Device
