Job Description
Responsibilities
- Repair / troubleshoot copier, laser and inkjet
- Setting up and installing new printers, copiers, scanners, and copier management software.
- Responsible to Test Print units upon delivery to clients to ensure (1) quality of print out and (2) alignment of pick-up roller and feeder part
- Providing routine service and maintenance to all service units based on schedule
- Do technical visits in different areas nationwide
- Prepare and submit inspections reports to immediate superior
- Providing excellent customer support and service.
- Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and practices in the industry.
- Back up technician when there is sudden problem calls from the clients.
Perform any other task as advised by his immediate superior to meet the company’s goals and objectives
