About The Job
Field Supervisor supervises internal field officers to achieve the company’s target for recoveries.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct effective monitoring of field officer collection activity to ensure daily goals are met
- Monitor, collate and report the daily collections output of the team
- Conduct area visits, field officer evaluations, documented observations, coaching and feedback
- Implement and maintain field collection policy and regularly monitor compliance
- Conduct investigations and gather evidence for fraud incidents both internal and external
- Conduct daily team huddles to discuss performance, meetings and calibration as needed
- Facilitate training roll‑outs in local areas such as MS trainings and pre‑employment training
