Field Collection Executive

 Visit customers to collect overdue payments as per the assigned route.  Follow up with customers regarding pending dues and payment commitments.  Maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring timely collections.  Explain payment options and resolve customer queries professionally.  Record customer interactions, payment status, and visit outcomes accurately.  Submit daily collection reports and update collection records.  Coordinate with the collection team and supervisors regarding difficult cases.  Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical collection practices.
