Job Description
As a Field Application Scientist (FAS), you will be the scientific voice in our sales and customer success journey, working directly with biotech and diagnostics teams to understand their workflows, design compelling demos, and guide them through successful evaluations and onboarding. Your expertise in ELN, LIMS, lab information, or molecular diagnostics will help customers bridge the gap between wet‑lab science and digital transformation. You will partner closely with sales, product, and engineering to land “aha” moments, ensure early wins, and shape the future of how scientists work.
