Job Description

We’re seeking a knowledgeable and field-ready Field Agronomist to join our mission of transforming agriculture through sustainable, high-impact practices. You’ll work closely with farmers, cooperatives, and internal teams to implement regenerative strategies, improve yields, and promote climate-smart farming solutions. This role is at the heart of what we do — supporting the people who grow our food, restoring soil health, and driving results that matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to assess crop health, soil conditions, pest/disease issues, and yield performance
• Develop tailored recommendations for fertilization, crop rotation, pest control, and irrigation
