GHD is hiring a Field Office Administrator to assist with MTO construction projects across Northeastern Ontario. Bring your skills in contract administration and quality assurance to a dynamic role supporting vital road and bridge works.
In this position, you will collaborate with the Contract Administrator and Quality Assurance Inspectors to oversee project inspections. Your three years of experience will be crucial in upholding maintenance of safety protocols and documentation procedures. The role demands flexibility, with seasonal hours and the possibility of working evenings and weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee daily inspections and compliance with client standards
β’ Coordinate efforts among Quality Assurance Inspectors and contractors
