Location: Sandston, VA
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Fiber Technician to join a growing team supporting fiber optic installations and infrastructure projects in the Sandston area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on construction, cabling, telecommunications, or fiber experience who is looking to build a long-term career in the industry.
You do not need to be an expert in fiber splicing or have years of fiber experience. We're looking for candidates who have worked with fiber in some capacity and are eager to learn, grow, and develop their technical skills.
Responsibilities
+ Assist with fiber optic cable installation and routing.
+ Pull, route, secure, and dress fiber and low-voltage cabling.
+ Support fiber testing, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance activities.
+ Read and follow project drawings, work instructions, and installation standards.
