Job Description
**Role** : Fiber Operator
**Pay** : $17.00 per hour
**Schedule** : M-F 1 st shift 7am-3pm (couple months timeline, possibly as long as half a year)
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform fiber optic assembly operations according to work instructions, drawings, procedures, and quality requirements.
+ Operate production tools, fixtures, and equipment used for fiber optic connectivity manufacturing, including stripping, cleaving, ribbonizing, polishing, curing, cleaning, inspection, and testing equipment.
+ Follow production schedules and priorities to meet daily and weekly output targets.
+ Follow cleanroom or controlled-area practices when applicable, including proper handling, cleaning, and contamination-control procedures.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using 5S and Lean manufacturing principles.
