Job Overview

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Support Worker within our Morecambe learning disability services. You will provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and autism, helping them enjoy a high quality of life by participating in activities they love, both at home and in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure coordinated, consistent support.
• Provide respectful personal care and offer practical and emotional support.
• Develop and maintain warm, trusting relationships with service users.
