About The Role
We are looking for a female Support Worker to join our team in Bethersden, supporting one female who lives independently in her own home. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the person we support. You will be responsible for monitoring their needs, offering reassurance, and providing care and support as required. Maintaining a calm and supportive presence, you will help create a peaceful environment where individuals feel secure and respected. We will train you to provide personalised support and follow individual support plans to meet the needs and aspirations of the person you are supporting. You will be promoting independence and allowing the person to exert choice and control over the way their support is delivered.
